Hello DA fellows,
After 5 week absence (living in the fast lane), I return, mostly because of an accident which I had on last Friday... Day before, as usual I set my alarm clock at 5.00 a.m to work, when it starts ringing I very quickly got up (to shut off the alarm) and I just can't feel my legs... I fell down, I thought that everything is alright but I felt pain in my left leg, I looked on it and I saw that my little finger was totally unnaturally crooked upwards...
I tried to push it back but I can't. After few minutes finger was swollen and I lost feeling on it. I quickly went to hospital, first to the x-ray then to surgeon (of course I had many problems and lost about 4 - 5 hours by waiting). Doctor looked on X-ray and said that it isn't broken bone but the finger is dislocated, he pushed (hopefully) the bone on the right place and then nurse put an immobilizing dressing. Now I have 2 weeks of sick leave and then we will see if it is enough or I need more time for recovery (probably I will have more).
Now as I'm all day at home I have much more time for art and of course to being more active at DA.
